Shots are taken against a Stage Quality Drape of Deep Blue and a Flat White background. Keep this in mind for your appointment, unless your band always dresses in one base way and your clothing is a definite part of who you are as a band then dress as a who you want your fans to see.

Eight
Color Printing is a maximum sheet size of 13.0 X 19.0 inches; in special
applications, the sheet length can be increased.
Commercial Printing may take a week for delivery. These prints are much more durable as they are pigment base.
Glossy, One Sided
Portrait 8 x 10” $5.50 each
This is the recommended option for 8 x 10 photos, it’s cheaper and is a pigment photograph. Other options such as the Picture Package are more expensive because the photos are not ganged in multiple sizes on one sheet, pricing by request.
Photos are taken mostly in RAW and JPEG Format simultaneously. The RAW file becomes the Master File and stored as an “As Shot” file allowing future manipulations, cropping and other option without quality loss.
JPEG files are 1st use; corrected, cropped or otherwise manipulated and presented for your approval proofs viewed over the Internet. These alterations are not necessarily the outcome of any given photo. JPEG files are termed “lossy” in that quality degrades, but are the most versatile for multiple applications in varied degrees of quality and file size; example-web needs is a diminished grade, decreasing load time and space consumption on your IP Server, also good for mundane print application like events releases and low cost distributions.
TIFF Files are termed “lossless”, because these files are more format flexible, have much better clarity and sharpness, but more than double the JPEG files size, and less versatile in the general use areas.TIFF format is best for print applications-sharpest with an excellent color and grayscales range. GIF
Files PhotoGrafiti does not recommend this file type; its a 3:1 compression,
stealing color depth, reducing from 16 million to 256 colors, but is extra quick
loading on the web. If requested we can do it.
RAW
Files are convertible to most common and uncommon resolution, dpi and
dimensional sizing: wallet, large posters and banners. Why is this? Raw files
are 16-bit images with 65,536 working levels, compared to a JPG 8-bit space file
with 256 brightness levels available. This is important for editing an image,
particularly when opening up shadows or altering brightness in a significant
way. Example - The difference between what appears to be an all black shirt, to
a black shirt revealing an embossed or sewn patterns of the same color.

Payment is expected on the day of the Studio Shoot. Checks may be addressed to PhotoGrafiti. Payment made by checks will delay the processing beyond the Studio Shoot until approved by your bank. Returned checks are expensive, just about the cost of this offer, so please be certain your bank is covered.
Studio time is by appointment; late arrivals may be charge a wait fee of $10 per quarter hour if the time delay affects other schedules or may be postponed. In case of postponement due to late arrivals, the client agrees to pay for the scheduled appointment and return within 5 days of the postponed schedule shoot without charge. No cancellations or refunds are accepted after a late arrival event.
Pre-Paid Gift appointments are valid and refundable for 30 days to the purchaser and must be used within 60 days of the purchase date. After 60 days, the Pre-Paid Gift is converted to a paper credit account only and must be used within 180 days or becomes void and non-refundable.
No persons other than the photo subjects should attend your appointment. No animals or other live props without prior approval by PhotoGrafiti.
Props of your choice should be reasonable and easily handled.
PhotoGrafiti does not assume or accept responsibility for your person or equipment in the performance of this service or while in physical contact on or within the premise entrusted to and/or used by PhotoGrafiti for this service. The client understands and agrees to “Hold Harmless” PhotoGrafiti in those events without prejudice or implementing legal actions.
PhotoGrafiti reserves the right to refuse service before services are rendered. Bands with more than five members may be accessed an additional fee at the discretion of PhotoGrafiti and agreed upon before services are rendered.

Location shoots – Our studio equipment is portable; shooting at locations other than the Studio as offered may be possible.
1. Bands who request remote shoots must provide all the details when making this request, this information may determine if PhotoGrafiti is willing to waive any additional fees. Promoters and publisher contact PhotoGrafiti directly.
2. Locations other than a property owned or in the care of an active member of the band must obtain permissions, an agreement to “Hold Harmless” and waive any fees to PhotoGrafiti in a signed written form obtained by the band. Contact PhotoGrafiti for additional information and assistance.
3. Outdoor locations are not considered for this offer but arrangement can be made with an increase of fees.
Drop-In
Backgrounds – The main subjects from different photos are placed into a
layered file with the desired background. PhotoGrafiti has a stock library that
contains a great many backgrounds; others can be obtained but may have a fee
attached by the provider.
Ghosts
Imaging- this is a layer(s) that appears somewhere in the background, varies in
visibility desires.
Compositions
– These are a combination of photos arranged by layers and can be a mix of
color and black and white images.
Posterize
- This process softens the images and creates a painted effect.
Tour and Show Banners and Backdrops – Many bands use banners as a backdrop at shows, Eye catching
creating the Professional Look that every band needs.
